How did Thomas Carver know that I was hoping for a romp with the cross-country team that kept appearing in the background of a few of his other stories? Experimental Phase is so much more, of course. They say you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. In this case, Carver's protagonist does a lot worse, and let's say, he seems to get off on kissing "frogs." If by frogs you mean dangerous, low-life thugs that enjoy abusing and taking advantage of our hero. In the end he does find a prince, in an unusual twist for a Carver tale. One who's willing to play frog now and again. Great characters, an intriguing plot line about sexual urges and a drug trial, and of course the usual hot dialogue and alpha males.Product details

It really pulls on your darkest thoughts this one. Would've much prefered if you milked the scenes with Chad more though. His attitude got me more interested than the other characters. Perhaps it was their situation that made it more exciting.
